• While Pakwaan House ensures that all vendors comply with regulatory standards, it is not liable for any health or quality issues arising from vendor-supplied food.

3. Delivery & Shipping

• Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary depending on the customer’s location, vendor, and courier service.

• Pakwaan House aims to deliver food in good condition but is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or external factors.

• Customers should inspect the food immediately upon delivery and report any quality issues within 24 hours.

• If a food item is not returned, a refund may not be processed.

• If an order is shipped and marked as delivered but not received by the customer, it will be considered a loss to the company, as food cannot be reused. Repeated delivery failures may impact the customer’s account or future orders.

4. Returns & Refunds

• Refunds or replacements are applicable only for verified quality issues or valid complaints.

• Customers may be asked to provide photographic evidence or return the product for inspection.

• Refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 7 business days after verification.

5. Safety & Allergens
